Current Builds:
125-127 Madison Avenue, Pittsfield, MA
We’re mid-construction on this duplex and our homeowners and their families are anxiously awaiting the completion of the project that they themselves have worked to help build. While we’ve experienced delays due to the pandemic and materials and subcontractor availabilities over the past year, this project is now scheduled for completion in the spring of 2022.
56-62 Gordon Avenue, Pittsfield, MA
This six-unit project of three townhomes saw completion of the first duplex back in 2020. Each 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for aging in place with high-energy efficiency. In early 2022, we’ll move in two more families and we’re taking applications for the final two homes to be available later in 2022.

White Engineering of Pittsfield, MA is conducting the first phase of engineering work funded with CPA funds and the Town has applied to the state’s Mass Works program for funding to complete the engineering, design, and permitting tasks, with a construction start date anticipated in 2023.
