Completed application packets should be returned to our office in person or by mail, never electronically for your security. There are supporting documents required to complete a full application (see link below) but all copies or printouts can be made at our offices. You must obtain a pre-approval from a third-party lender recognized by Habitat. All Habitat homebuyers go through rigorous screening including credit and background checks, employment verification, landlord references, and a home visit.
